I am often skeptical of Enneagram type exercises. Organizations invest in a few days or months, results pigeonhole people and the organization doesn’t necessarily learn or effectively use strategies or ideas. In contrast, your ability to layer multiple concepts and theories over the top of our Enneagram results to show us nuances of each other and reduce bias is brilliant. Colour me engaged, impressed and learning. I am a fan of your explanations and practical examples as it helps me to see how other types fit in with mine. Also a fan of your floor mat and flip charts.
