The Cultural Helpers Program, led by Men & under FearIsNotLove, offers land-based, culturally grounded healing for Indigenous men seeking to build healthier, violence-free relationships. Through weekly ceremonies, teachings, and connection with Elders, 166 participants engaged in practices that fostered self-respect, cultural identity, and relational accountability. The report highlights strong outcomes, including increased respect for cultural values, deeper community engagement, and a reduction in shame and isolation—demonstrating the vital role of culturally safe, nonjudgmental spaces in addressing domestic violence and supporting Indigenous men’s healing journeys.
