The Men& Project is a national initiative focused on supporting men’s mental, emotional, and relational well-being. It was created to help men reconnect to themselves and others through support, skill-building, and accessible tools—especially in contexts of violence prevention, fatherhood, and personal repair.

Forge develops practical, evidence-informed tools—digital and print—for individual reflection, group facilitation, professional training, and systems engagement. Our tools blend developmental psychology, restorative practices, trauma-informed care, and dignity science.

We use a stepped care approach: starting with public awareness and self-guided tools for individuals; facilitated workshops and learning experiences for practitioners, and integrating deeply into organizational and community systems through consulting, licensing agreements and immersive programming. The tools are modular, culturally adaptable, and scalable.
