In partnership with Forge

A national initiative for men’s well-being & connection.

Developed by Forge in partnership with Fear Is Not Love, this national initiative supports men across Canada through practical tools, real-time support, and community connection—without stigma or shame.

Healing Harm, Restoring Dignity

Many men carry trauma, or have caused harm, and feel stuck without support or a path forward. At Men &, we take a restorative, trauma-informed approach to help men:

  • Understand how stress and isolation contribute to harm
  • Build emotional and relational skills
  • Create meaningful, accountable change—without shame
Our Origins
Built for Canada, Community by Community

The Men& Project is expanding across Canada through partnerships with local organizations, practitioners, and leaders, adapting tools and training to regional needs—building a national support network for men.
