At Forge Centre for Dignity Driven Leadership (“Forge”), we aim to deliver a smooth, secure, and transparent experience with all purchases. This policy outlines our terms for digital and physical product delivery, returns, and related conditions.
Digital Products
All digital products purchased from Forge are delivered electronically.
- Delivery Timing: Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with download instructions or immediate access to your purchase through your registered account.
- Availability: Digital products are available for international purchase and download.
- Access Issues: If you experience any problems accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at support@forgecentre.com and we will be happy to assist.
- Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law.
- License and Usage: All digital tools and content are licensed for personal or organizational use as defined at point of purchase. Redistribution, resale, or modification is prohibited without prior written permission. See our Terms of Use for full details.
Physical Products
Forge ships physical products within Canada and the United States only.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
- Shipping Time:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- USA: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- Shipping Costs: Rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and shipping destination.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped.
- Limitations: We do not currently ship physical products outside of Canada and the United States.
Note:
Forge is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, public holidays, or weather-related disruptions. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@forgecentre.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Digital Products:
All digital products are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. If a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved, we may offer an exchange or credit at our discretion.
Physical Products:
We accept returns on physical items under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@forgecentre.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Privacy and Security
All transactions are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and payment data is securely processed via trusted third-party platforms. Your personal data is never sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
